Roasted veggie & chicken Buddha bowl

Health Coach

  • 1-2 cups of roasted kale and broccoli (425 degree oven, roast with a little olive oil and sea salt)
  • 1/2 cup of roasted sweet potatoes
  • 4 ounces of rotisserie or grilled chicken breast
  • 1/2 small avocado, sliced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Sea salt
  • Pinch of dried parsley and oregano

Layer all ingredients in a big bowl, and enjoy.
