      Seafood Pasta Alfredo, 11/7/13

      • 2 Scallops
      • 4 Shrimp. peeled & deveined
      • 2 oz Salmon
      • 2 oz Crabmeat
      • 3 tbsp Diced Asparagus
      • 1 tbsp Diced Celery
      • 1 tbsp Diced Onion
      • 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
      • 1 cup Heavy Cream
      • 1 Egg Yolk
      • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese - grated, not shredded
      • 1 cup Cooked Pasta of your choice
      • Salt & Pepper

      PREPARATION

      1. In a large skillet, add 1 cup heavy cream, egg yolk, all Parmesan cheese
      2. Stir all ingredients well, and slowly start to heat, stirring constantly
      3. Add all other ingredients, except crabmeat
      4. Stir and simmer for 3-4 minutes until it gradually thickens and the seafood is cooked
      5. Finish by adding in the crabmeat and tossing in cooked pasta
      6. S&P to taste
