INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 4 shrimp
  • 2 scallops
  • 2oz diced salmon
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup cooked pasta

PREPARATION

  1. In a huge skillet, add cream, garlic, and parmesan cheese
  2. Reduced by half
  3. Add all seafood and continue to reduce/cook for approx. 3 minutes
  4. Add mushrooms
  5. Adjust seasoning
  6. Toss in the pasta
