1 ½ oz Del Maguey Crema de Mezcal

½ oz Giffard Pamplemousse (Grapefruit Liquor)

½ oz Lime Juice

½ oz Grapefruit Juice

San Pelligrino Sparkling Blood Orange

Add all ingredients but the San Pelligrino into a collins glass, fill with ice and give a quick stir then top with the sparkling blood orange and garnish with a lime wheel and smoked salt.
