      Steak Marinade

      Steak Marinadeby: Chef Abernathy

      1 Cup Italian Vinaigrette Dressing

      1 Tlbs Stone Ground Mustard or Dijon Mustard

      1 Tlbs Worcestershire Sauce

      2 Tlbs Fresh Lemon Juice

      2 Tsp Black Pepper

      Mix ingredients and place in a large freezer bag with trimmed steak.Marinate for 3-4 hours.{}
