Bald Knob Strawberry Homefest


1/4 cup butter, softened

2 oz cream cheese,softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup sliced Bald KnobStrawberries


Blend butter and creamcheese until creamy.

Slowly add powderedsugar and continue blending until smooth.

Puree strawberries andblend into mixture 1 Tablespoon at a time until all is evenly mixed.{}

Chill over night.

Serve with toast,bagels, pancakes, warm pound cake, angle food cake or even as a topping on icecream. {}Use your imagination!
