      Tomato Bruschetta, 6/10/13

      1 3/4 cup chunky tomatoes with olive oil, garlic & spices2 tbsp tomato paste1/2 cup sliced olives1/4 cup chopped onion1 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley1 tsp minced garlic1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp ground black pepper

      In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover & refrigerate over night. Serve with toasted French bread slices or with breadsticks, crackers or bagel chips. Makes 6 servings.
