Vegan Banana Bread, 10/29/12

(dairy, egg, and oil free!)

4 very ripe bananas (mash well)

2 C flour{}

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. ginger

1/2 C applesauce

1/2 C agave nectar

1/3 C chopped walnuts or pecans (use toasted sunflower seeds for crunch if you have tree nut allergies)

Combine dry ingredients thoroughly.{} Add applesauce and agave nectar to bananas. {}Fold in banana mixture. Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean.
