Walleye baked with tomatoes and mushrooms

1 6 oz filet of walleye

2 roma tomatoes

2 large portabelo mushrooms

nice olive oil

lemon for garnish

S & P to taste

Preheat oven to 425. Slice the tomatoes 1/4 inch thick and shingle them in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and season with S & P, place the walleye on top and drizzle with more olive oil and season with S & P. Slice the mushrooms 1/2 inch thick and place next to the tomatoes and drizzle with olive oil and season with S & P. Bake for 8-10 min till just flaky, serve with lemon and more super fresh olive oil.
