      Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in bowltogether. In another bowl, add sour cream,

      softened butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add melon, redfood coloring if wanted, and chocolate chips sparsely.{} Add dryingredients.{} Fill 3/4 full in muffin pan. Cook for 15-18 minutes.
