NLRPD: Fatal shooting at L'Oreal Maybelline plant ruled murder-suicide, deceased named

UPDATE (9:30): North Little Rock police say a fatal shooting at the L'Oreal USA Maybelline plant Wednesday morning has been ruled a murder-suicide.
Officers say the bodies of two people, a female and a male, were found in the parking lot of the plant just after 3 a.m.
The female victim has been identified as Chasity Denise Cannady, 19. The male has been identified as Jim Gilot, 32.
According to witnesses, Gilot shot Cannady before turning the gun on himself.
Authorities say Cannady was a current employee of the company. Gilot had been an employee at one point, however, his current employment status is unknown.
No other suspects are being searched for.
Authorities say two people are dead after a shooting at the L'Oreal USA Maybelline plant in North Little Rock early Wednesday morning.
North Little Rock police say they were called out to the 11500 block of Maybelline Road just after 3:00 a.m for shots fired.
When officers arrived, they said they found two dead on the scene.
No suspect information has been released at this time.
