Baxter Co. lottery player on a winning streak
BAXTER COUNTY, Ark. (KATV) —
We may not have heard the last of one Baxter County man's lottery wins. He's now a millionaire who seems to be on a winning streak.
Eddie Baker has won money on at least five tickets he's bought since Thursday - the one of note including a $1 million prize on a $20 Arkansas Millions instant ticket bought at White Oak Station in Mountain Home.
Besides that, the firefighter from Norfork took home $500 on an instant ticket in Calico Rock on Thursday; another $500 on an instant ticket on Saturday; a $50 winning ticket in Mountain Home on Friday, which he gave to the store clerk; and $30 on an instant ticket in Little Rock when claiming his million-dollar prize.
He says he'll buy his wife, a K-6 special education teacher, a new car and give his seven children some of his winnings.
After claiming his big prize, Baker left with another as-yet unscratched ticket in hand, so his winning streak might not be over!
