An arrest has been made in Saturday's officer-involved shooting at the Little Rock Red Lobster. Troy Williams Jr., 20 of Cabot, was found hiding in a shed by police early Sunday morning.

Williams faces several charges including aggravated robbery, criminal attempt to commit capital murder, battery 1st (involving a law enforcement officer) and six counts of aggravated assault.

A 17-year-old suspect is recovering in serious condition at a Little Rock hospital after being shot during a robbery attempt at the Red Lobster. LRPD Chief Kenton Buckner said at a press conference earlier on Sunday that he believes the juvenile suspect will eventually be charged as an adult.

A third suspect remains at large, according to Little Rock Lt. Steven McClanahan. McClanahan said detectives are not ready to release information on the third suspect at this time.

      UPDATE (1/10 12:30 p.m.):

Little Rock police say the officer involved in Saturday night's shooting at the Red Lobster on Markham in West Little Rock was released late Saturday night after being shot in the shoulder, according to LRPD Chief Kenton Buckner.

Buckner held a press conference Sunday afternoon, to address questions regarding the first officer-involved shooting of 2016.

The officer involved, Shawn Bakr, an LRPD officer since 2011, was working an off-duty security detail at the Red Lobster on Saturday.

According to Buckner, Bakr had intervened in a robbery in progress at the Red Lobster when at least one of the suspects involved exchanged gunfire with Bakr.

Bakr and a 17-year-old juvenile suspect were shot during the altercation. The juvenile is in police custody at a local hospital, and police say he is in serious condition. Bakr was released from the hospital late Saturday night.

A 20-year-old person of interest was arrested by Little Rock police early on Sunday. Police say there is also a third suspect involved, but could not provide a description of the suspect at the time of Buckner's press conference.

The Red Lobster on Markham had been robbed before - part of the reason the restaurant had hired an off-duty police officer to work security detail. Bakr had been working the security detail for several months according to Buckner.

According to Buckner, Bakr is on administrative leave pending a Little Rock Police Department investigation.
