A North Little Rock couple is putting their home back in order after walking in on a burglary.

Police say they were called out to a residence in the 3400 block of Fiesta on Sunday in regards to a burglary.

Homeowners Martha and Warren Haun said they were walking up to their front porch when they saw a white female crouching down in front of Martha's vehicle parked in the driveway.

Martha said the female then began rushing towards a grey Chevrolet Sedan parked on the curb in front of their home while 'clutching something to her chest.'

Martha told police the suspect stated she was from the North Little Rock Police Department but when she questioned her the suspect pointed a silver snub nose revolver at her before getting inside the driver's side of the vehicle and fleeing the scene. Martha said she did not see anyone else in the car or inside the house.

When the Hauns entered the home they said they found the back door open and several rooms in disarray.

According to the police report, the suspect took several items, including some of her husband's jewelry, a Coach bag, and an Xbox 360 console.

Police say they were able to recover fingerprints inside the master bedroom, however, no suspect information has been released.
