Deputies respond to crop duster crash
RANDOLPH COUNTY, Ark. (KATV) —
Emergency crews in Northeast Arkansas responded to a crop duster crash near the Randolph/Lawrence County line.
According to KAIT, the aircraft crashed in the middle of a field around 1 p.m. Thursday.
Lawrence and Randolph County deputies as well as Pocahontas and Walnut Ridge Fire departments responded to the scene.
When authorities arrived, the pilot had left the scene with witnesses saying he was okay, KAIT reports.
Authoriteis say the NTSB had been in contact with the pilot and will investigate the crash.
