Fayetteville bar under investigation for incident involving University of Arkansas athlete
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KATV) —
A Fayetteville bar is under investigation by the Alcohol Beverage Control Board in an incident involving a University of Arkansas student athlete.
The ABC board enforcement director, Boyce Hamlet, confirms Z330 is being actively investigated and the owner is cooperating with agents to resolve the matter.
The investigation surrounds an incident on November 12, 2017.
A Fayetteville police report shows Razorback quarterback Cole Kelley, 20, was arrested the same day for careless driving and driving while intoxicated, though it is not clear whether the two incidents are related.
