A Little Rock man refused to be taken to a hospital after being shot three times Saturday night, police reported.

Officers were called at 9:12 p.m. to 5307 Stanley Drive, a residential area south of Baseline Road. They found Percy Osborne, 37, sitting on a vehicle outside the address. He'd been shot three times in his lower right leg, according to a police report.

Police said medical personnel treated Osborne at the scene for non-life threatening injuries. He reportedly refused to be taken to a hospital.

Osborne told police he'd been shot after he and and two other men got into an argument with a man named "Shantez," according to the report. They told Shantez to leave and Shantez reportedly drove away in a green Cadillac CTS, But Shantez soon came back, got out out of the car and opened fire, the report says.

Police said they found multiple shell casings in the street.

An investigation is ongoing.
