Little Rock woman arrested in hammer attack
LITTLE ROCK (KATV) —
Little Rock police on Friday arrested a woman accused of attacking a man with a hammer.
Rebecca Ann Larch, 55, was charged with aggravated assault and second-degree domestic battery.
Officers were called at 2:20 p.m. to a home at 8715 Herrick Lane, where Larch had chased a man outside the residence and struck him twice with a hammer, according to an arrest report. Larch was reportedly intoxicated when she was arrested. Further circumstances of the attack were unclear.
Larch has a listed address in Mabelvale but police said she and the man she attacked were roommates.
Information on the man's injuries was not provided in the report.
Larch was being held at the Pulaski County jail Sunday.
