The Lonoke County Sheriff's Department says the second suspect wanted in connection with a homicide that occurred Christmas morning has turned himself in.

Webb makes the second arrest in the case. 31-year-old Richard Gilliam is facing charges of capital murder, attempted capital murder and kidnapping. He is being held on a $1 million bond.

Gilliam and Webb allegedly invaded a home in Scott and shot and killed 49-year-old Arlin Wayne Nugent.

In addition, a 42-year-old woman who reportedly witnessed that shooting is being treated at a hospital. The woman, whose name has not been released, was kidnapped and thrown into the Arkansas River, according to Little Rock Police.
