A woman's vehicle was stolen while she was shopping at the Little Rock Bass Pro shop after a man followed her out to her car.

Officers say they were called out to a robbery located at the Bass Pro Shop in the 11201 block of Bass Pro Parkway just after 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

The victim, Kimala Wallace, told police she was walking out to her vehicle, parked in the south parking lot of the Little Rock Outlets, when she was approached by a man wearing a grey hoodie who demanded she drop her keys.

Wallace believed the suspect had a gun because he had his hands in his hoodie pocket pointing toward her as if he was armed.

Wallace said she gave the suspect her keys to her 2012 Chrysler 300 and he left in the vehicle driving towards the Loves Truckstop.

Witnesses told police they had observed the suspect standing on the sidewalk outside the Nike store watching women as they walked by.

Witnesses also observed the suspect watching Wallace as she left the store and walked towards her vehicle.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, skinny build, wearing dirty blue jeans and a grey hoodie.

Wallace said the suspect was in his 50's. Witnesses say they thought he was a younger white male, however, because he had a hoodie pulled over his face it was hard to tell.

Police reviewed surveillance footage but said they could not see his face due to his hood.
