Suspect wanted in NLR homicide turns himself in
Pulaski County (KATV) —
The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office tells us Joshua Carngiano has turned himself in to the Boone County Sheriff's Department.
The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office is looking for the fourth suspect in the murder of James Ward on September 28th.
A capital murder warrant has been issued for Joshua Carngiano.
Ward was shot at the Chapel Ridge Apartments in North Little Rock in September and later died at a local hospital.
Investigators say the shooting was a result of a carjacking.
The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office have already made three arrest in this case.
Terry Miller Junior, 26, Jeffery King, 27, and Jackie Andrew Jackson, 28, have all been arrested and charged with capital murder.
