In order to tackle traffic challenges ahead of the first Razorback game of the year, Arkansas troopers are implementing game day changes at major intersections along Interstate 630.

The first game will take place Thursday at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock.

Traffic changes will begin at 3 p.m.

State Police say:

• Traffic will be blocked from entering the westbound on-ramp of I-630 at the Pine/Cedar interchange. Pine and Cedar Streets (north) will be used by drivers who are exiting the interstate and looking to access stadium or nearby parking.

• The northern-most lane of I-630 westbound from Pine/Cedar going west to Fair Park will be restricted for use by traffic destined for stadium area parking only.

• The eastbound exit ramp from I-630 onto Fair Park will be closed.

Drivers should also expect a heavy volume of traffic along Interstates 30 and 430 and on Markham Street between downtown and Rodney Parham Road.
