A new cold front pushing through our state tonight will produce a few showers and thundershowers. Much of the rain will occur behind the front and will be mostly on the light side. The front will reinforce cool air for Wednesday. A few more showers are possible Wednesday afternoon as moisture wraps around a departing center of low pressure . Drier and warmer weather returns for the end of the workweek. Our next chance for showers and thunderstorms arrives Memorial Day weekend. We'll keep you updated.
