Body found behind Fort Smith church

FORT SMITH, Ark. (AP) - Fort Smith police say the body of a man has been found behind a church.

Sgt. Rick Entmeier told the Times Record that the man's body was found Tuesday behind Central Christian Church by men who had gone behind the church to cut trees.

The man's name was not released. He is described only as elderly.

Entmeier said foul play is not suspected and that the area is one rarely visited by church members.
