Pine Bluff police arrest suspect in homicide

PINE BLUFF (KATV) - Police arrest Emmanuel Foster, 28, of Pine Bluff for a Monday night homicide.

Police responded to a call of several shots being fired around 9:30 p.m. at 1719 South Linden Road, after a resident said the home was struck by bullets.

When officials arrived at the scene police say they found a black male dead laying underneath the carport.

The victim has been identified as Corey Lee, 19, of Pine Bluff.

Foster was booked at the Jefferson County Jail on first degree murder charges.
