Pine Bluff police investigating overnight homicide

Police are investigating an early morning homicide in Pine Bluff.

Around 2:00 a.m. Tuesday, police received a phone call about a suspicious vehicle. When they arrived at the scene on Mulberry Street they found a man unresponsive and slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle.

Police say the victim is a black male and{}he appeared to have died from a gunshot wound.

His name has not yet been released and police do not have a suspect at this time.
