CHICKEN SHAHI KORMA RECIPE


Ingredients
• 1 cup fresh yogurt
• 1 cup finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
• 1 tsp of saffron
• Fresh ginger
• Fresh garlic
• 3-4 tbsps. garam masala
• Boneless Chicken pieces
• Cloves
• Olive Oil/Vegetable oil
• Fresh Cilantro
• Fresh Meethi leaves
• Fresh diced tomatoes
• Fresh Green Cardamom
• Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
• Fresh Black Cardamom
• Cinnamon Stick
• 1 tsp of salt, or how much ever is need

Preparation:
• Take the Boneless Chicken and marinate with fresh garlic, ginger, and Turmic Powder, fresh yogurt, and all spices
• Cook with Fresh tomatoes, salt, pepper, and yogurt with oil in a saucepan until it’s shimming. Stir until chicken is cooked.
• Ready to serve to eat after the sauce is cooked well with chicken pieces and serve with Cilantro to garnish.


CHANA MASALA PUNJABI (CHICKPEAS) RECIPE

Ingredients:
• 1 cup finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
• 1 tsp Fresh ginger
• 1 tsp Fresh garlic
• Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
• 3-4 tbsps. garam masala
• Olive oil/Vegetable Oil
• Fresh Onions
• Fresh Cilantro
• Fresh Meethi leaves
• Cut pieces of potatoes
• Cumin seeds
• Peeled tomatoes
• Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
• 1 tsp of salt/pepper, or how much ever is needed

Preparation:
• Take the garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, and start heating the oil in a sauce pan until its shimmering. Add onions and potatoes after a few minutes & all other spices.
• Cook with, salt, pepper, and tomatoes until the chickpeas and potatoes are cooked well. Add ½ cup water.
• Ready to serve to eat after the sauce is cooked well with Chickpeas and potato pieces and serve with Cilantro to garnish.
