Cantina Laredo makes seabass with jalapeno bure blanc sauce


With the constant parties and family gatherings, it can be overwhelming to think of new meals to prepare during the holiday season.

Chris Lane, general manager of Cantina Laredo in the Midtowne Little Rock Shopping Center was on Good Afternoon Arkansas with an idea.

He showed us how to make seabass with jalapeno bure blanc sauce. Lane also brought beef and chicken holiday tamales, as well Cantina Laredo’s famous table-made guacamole.

Cantina Laredo takes orders for their tamales, which can be served hot or cold, and can be ordered now through Christmas Eve at 6 p.m. for $16.95 per dozen.
