With school being back in, packing a lunch can be part of the home routine to get ready for the day!

Nutrition Research Assistant Adrienne Keck with Arkansas Children’s Nutrition Center joined Good Afternoon Arkansas with Beth Hunt to talk about fun ways to make lunch boxes healthy and simple!

The Arkansas Children’s Nutrition Center is 1 of 6 national human nutrition research centers funded by the USDA, and 1 of only 2 focused on studying the impact of nutrition in children’s growth and development. You can find out more about them, the studies they conduct, and how to qualify for them by going to their website or by calling (501) 364-3309.
