Strengthening relationships between couples
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) —
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences' Couples Center is holding a four-part relationship series. The seminars are aimed to help couples strengthen their relationship and better understand the issues they are facing. The series take place September 18 and 25 and October 2 and 9. They are from 6-8 p.m. in the UAMS hospital lobby gallery.
Dr. Chelsea Wakefield, UAMS Couples Center Director, is teaching the series with topics titled, "The Dance of Two – Relationship as a Path of Personal Growth,” “How to Communicate Needs and Desires in Ways that Engage Rather than Alienate,” “Working Through Sexual Difficulties – Exploring the Mystery of Desire” and “Meaningful Connection – How to Get There and Stay There.”
