Bleu Monkey Grill makes jambalaya for 'Taste of the Holidays'

Bleu Monkey Grill was on Good Afternoon Arkansas making Jambalaya with two color peppers, red onion, diced tomatoes, andouille sausage, chicken, and shrimp sautéed in a Cajun Butter over steamed white rice.

House made Corn Fritters, which is their twist on their popular tamale cakes flash fried with their "Bang-Bang Sauce."

Blue Monkey will be one of the featured restaurants at the upcoming Taste of the Holidays at Mid-America Science Museum where guests may sample food from over 20 different vendors.

Celebrate and support science education while enjoying the best tastes from the state, fine wines, drinks, and hands-on science for adults. Taste will also feature an enormous silent auction full of specialty items that are perfect for holiday gifts. Mid-America Science Museum will also be awarding a scholarship to a local graduating senior pursuing a science-related degree. There will be many other exciting surprises in store for guests of this year's 18th Annual Taste of the Holidays, including a wine pull and special VIP reception prior to the event.
