Brewskis Pub and Grub makes seared duck over turnip greens


Brad McCray, owner of Brewskis Pub and Grub was on Good Afternoon Arkansas making seared duck for What's For Dinner.

He uses two skin-on duck breasts and seasons them with a seasoning blend. He tops the duck with a glaze.

Seasoning blend

1 tbs kosher salt

1 tbs black pepper

1 tsp red pepper

1 tsp white pepper

Glaze ingredients

1 cup table red wine

1/4 red onion chopped

1/3 cup hoisin sauce
