Heritage Grille, Steak and Fin makes a Thanksgiving feast

Danny-Joe Crofford the Business Development Manager and Mario Torres Executive Chef for Heritage Grille, Steak and Fin were on Good Afternoon Arkansas on Wednesday to talk about their Thanksgiving dinner they're doing in the restaurant and for take home meals. The take home meals are only $50 for a family of six.

Chef Torres showed how to properly baste a turkey, which includes putting an herb butter in between the skin of the turkey outer layer.
