Ben Barker has a quick workout to track progress


Ben Barker a trainer at the Little Rock Athletic Club showed off an at home workout that someone can use to track their progress by working their way up.

He suggests starting out with three push-ups, three crunches and three jumping squats, then trying four, then keep working your way up to see how many times you can complete the circuit.
