Ingredients:

3/4 cupHerbed Bulgur

1 eggFried Choice

1/2 cupBaharat Spiced Chickpeas

1/4 cupTomatoes, Cherry, Fresh, Halved

1/4 cupCucumbers, English, Fresh, Diced

1 tbspOlives, Kalamata, Pitted, Chopped

1 tbspParsley, Fresh, Chopped

1 tbsp Feta

Method

Combine Bulgur cucumbers, olives & tomatoes. Chill and reserve for service.

Saute Chickpeas & coat with Spice Blend. Top Bulgur with Chickpeas. Fry egg to desired doneness.

Top with Feta.

Serve.
