Almond butter & choco stuffed dates

A great healthy dessert option with the yummiest combination of sweet AND salty. The only sugar is natural sugar from the dates. These also have fiber, healthy fats from the almond butter, and antioxidants from the cacao nibs.

Makes 12 servings


12 medjool dates

Plain almond butter

Cacao nibs

Pink sea salt


1. Make a cut in each date lengthwise but only one one side. Remove the pit from the dates and discard.

2. Stuff each date with about 1/2 tablespoon of almond butter, and sprinkle with a few cacao nibs and a pinch of sea salt.
