Balsamic and honey chicken legs

1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 cup rosemary leaves

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon garlic, minced in jar

4 chicken legs

salt and pepper

2 tablespoon olive oil

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in blender and blend for a few pulses, the rosemary will still be visable.

2. Salt and pepper the chicken legs. In a skillet heat the oil till hot and cook the legs till brown on one side.

3. Turn the legs and pour the sauce over them, reduce the heat and cover. Cook for an additional 20 or more minutes (till done).

4. Plate the chicken on top of pasta or rice and spoon the sauce over them.
