French bread stuffed with chicken & avocado

1 large loaf of French bread, cut length wise and some of the inside removed


2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sour cream

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

3 green onions, diced

salt and pepper

1 avocado, diced


1/4 cup butter

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon parsley

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

1. Slice open bread and remove some the inner part

2. Mix together the stuffing except for the avocado, gentle toss the avocado into the stuffing.

3. Spread the stuffing on the French bread and put the top of bread back on. Cut into 1 inch sections and set them close together on a greased baking dish.

4. Mix together the topping mix in a small bowl.

5 Brush the topping on the French bread and cover with foil, bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned
