Roasted grapes with burratta

12-20 black seedless grapes

2 tbspn olive oil

fresh burratta mozzarella


Toss the grapes in the olive oil and roast in a 450 oven for 3-5 min. Slice the burratta in half and pour the grapes and hot oil over the cheese, S&P to taste. Serve with crackers or crusty bread.

Prosciutto wrapped grapes

Pretty simple, buy pre-sliced prosciutto at the store, slice it into grape-width strips and wrap around your favorite grape.

Parmigiano-Reggiano and grape skewers

Another pretty straight forward deal here. The key to this like all recipes is great ingredients, in this case, the Parmigiano-Reggiano, accept no substitute. Simply let the chees attain room temp and slice it about half grape size and skewer them alternately
