1 avocado (smoked)

Very good olive oil

Very good balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup micro greens

1/2 lime

S & P

Split the avocado in half, remove the stone and score the meat then use your favorite smoker and smoke the two halves for about five min. Then gently heat in a 325 oven for three min. To serve fill reservoir with balsamic vinegar, top with micro greens, drizzle with olive oil then S & P to taste. Serve with lime wedge and crusty bread.
