1 7 oz snapper filet

1/4 cup sliced grapes

1/2 stick butter

1 diced shallot

1/4 cup flour

1 tspn chopped parsley


Lightly season the snapper filet on both sides then lightly flour both sides(duh) Heat a large ovenproof skillet and add 1/2 the butter, just before the butter tunrs brown add the snapper, cook till brown, aprox 2 min, then flip over and finish in a 425 degree oven. Remove the filet and add the sliced grapes and butter, S&P to taste and pour over snapper
