Documents: Taylor Swift to testify in civil case alleging Denver DJ groped her
According to multiple reports, superstar Taylor Swift will testify against a former Denver, Colo. DJ who she claims groped her during a photo op in 2013.
Pre-trial documents obtained by CNN claim she plans to speak about the alleged confrontation.
David Mueller, who went by "Jackson" on the air at KYGO, has maintained his innocence, stating she falsely accused him of reaching under her dress and grabbing her bare bottom.
He filed the original lawsuit, which was followed by a countersuit filed by Swift's legal team.
TMZ reports the case will begin jury selection Monday, with a trial to follow.
Mueller was fired as a result of his alleged conduct during the photo op, according to lawyers working for Swift.
