1 in serious condition following Hot Springs shooting
HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (KATV) —
Hot Springs police are investigating after one person was shot in what they say is a possible domestic violence case Tuesday morning.
At 7:31 a.m., officers responded to a shooting at the intersection of Carpenter Dam and Lakepark Drive, where they found a female with injuries.
Police say the female, whose name has not been released, was airlifted to UAMS and is in serious condition.
According to authorities, 37-year-old Nelson Green III was arrested for violation of a no contact order. He was taken to the Garland County Detention Center on a zero bond.
More details are expected to be released as the investigation into the shooting continues.
