Two teens have been arrested in the killings of two other teens last week in Pine Bluff.

Jermaine Jackson, 19, and Carl Turner, 18, were charged with capital murder. Jefferson County jail records show Jackson was booked at 12:09 a.m. Saturday. Turner was booked in the jail at 1:52 a.m. Sunday.

Jackson and Turner, both of Pine Bluff, are accused of fatally shooting a pair of 17-year-old boys Thursday afternoon. One of the boys died at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. The other was found dead in a car at West 25th Avenue and South Fir Street, a residential area south of downtown.

Police have not released the identifies of the slain teens.

Circumstances of the killings were unclear. Department spokesman Lt. David De Foor said additional arrests are expected in the case.

Jackson and Turner also face charges of committing a terroristic act.
