A second suspect is in custody for a homicide/shooting that took place February 7 in Little Rock.

Police say Terrance Reynolds, 18, of Pine Bluff, was developed as a suspect in the death of one person and shooting of three others at an Eagle Hill apartment on Par Drive in southwest Little Rock.

Pine Bluff police arrested Reynolds Monday on warrants for capital murder, aggravated robbery, and three counts of first degree battery.

Reynolds was handed over to the Little Rock police and booked into the Pulaski County jail.

Police believe Alexander Reed, 18, went to the apartment to facilitate a meeting, possibly involving narcotics. Reed was shot and killed. Three tenants in the apartment were also shot and suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Alvin Chaffin, 21, was arrested last week on charges of manslaughter and aggravated robbery.

Little Rock police say they are still investigating the case.
