After multiple rejections, Arkansas AG certifies 8k-word ballot title to repeal LEARNS Act

Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders signs into law an education overhaul bill on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at the state Capitol in Little Rock, Ark.
