Arkansas Heart Hospital observes decline in patients

LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — Dr. Bruce Murphy, CEO of the Arkansas Heart Hospital, says there is an international observation that there is a decline in heart attacks. He says he thinks people are fearful of leaving their house to get help, rather than there actually being a decrease in actual cardiac issues.
