Arkansas real estate market seeing some impacts from COVID-19

LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — There are half as many listings coming online right now when compared with this time last year, according to iRealty owner Kristen Kennon. Her company has made some changes in order to keep business moving, such as making sure when listings are shown, the potential buyer isn't touching anything in the home, including door handles, and wearing protective gear, even shoe covers.

Kennon says iRealty was already doing virtual reality showings using VR goggles, where someone can walk through a home without ever stepping foot inside.
