LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — Arkansas State Representative Milton Nicks Jr. has tested positive for COVID-19. An Arkansas House spokesperson said that Nicks was not at the state Capitol on Wednesday, but was earlier this week. Contact tracing has begun, according to the spokesperson.
Nicks is serving his fourth term in the Arkansas House. He represents District 50 which includes portions of Crittenden and Cross County.
