ASP Trooper rear-ended on Intestate 40, suffered non-life threatening injuries

    An Arkansas State Trooper was rear-ended Saturday afternoon on Interstate 40 while sitting stationary on the shoulder of the Interstate near Mayflower, according to State Police.

    The trooper was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening.

    The driver of the vehicle that hit the ASP trooper, and the passenger in that vehicle were also transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
